Forging induction heating
Induction hot forging and forming is a process to heat metal material to 1000-1250 C degree in general.Induction forging furnace widely used in metal and foundry sector.The forging heating material are aluminum, carbon steel, brass ,copper, different material heat to different temperature.
DUOLIN induction forging separated into two types:Full forging and Partial forging.
Full forging is carried out in the induction furnace.Continuous feed relies on feeding system which pushes the billets through the heating tunnel coils.After hot forging, using localized compressive forces to shaping the billets.
Partial forging is heating the end of a bar to allow the material to be upset into a head, I.E.A bolt.The cold raw material can be heated one piece at a time or on a continuous feed basis.

Induction forging refers to use an induction heater to pre-heat metals before forging. Typically metals are heated to between 1,100 and 1,200 °C to increase their malleability and aid flow in the forging die. Induction produces less oxidation, easy to control heating temperature and time, heat rapidly, ensure good quality of forging work piece, protect tool of forging machine.
Induction brazing is a metal-joining process in which two or more metal items are joined together by melting and flowing a filler metal into the joint, the filler
metal having a lower melting point than the adjoining metal
Induction bending uses inductors to locally heat pipe or tube. While heating, the accurate drive system will pushing the pipe or tube in a desired radius. The hot section will be formed at the set radius. The bent part is then cooled by water. This application is widely use in oil and gas industry.
Bending range is diameter 159-762 mm, thickness 5-35 mm
Hardening induction heating
DUOLIN Induction hardening is the most common form of heat treatment. It is widely used on shaft, gear, pipe and other part in automotive industry. Induction power is applied to the surface and causes the material to heat to a required depth then cool down rapidly by water, oil or other cooling medium.
